What browsers and Excel versions are supported by RowShare?
Supported Browsers
RowShare supports the latest version of the major browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Opera
It doesn't mean that RowShare doesn't work with other browsers, but it means that we do not test RowShare under any other platform. If you encounter an issue using another browser, please try to do the same task using a supported browser before contacting our support.
Supported versions of Excel
You can import from and export to any version of Excel on any Operating System.
On the other hand, Excel Sync, our feature that lets you edit a RowShare table from Excel, is only supported on Excel running on Windows, starting from Excel 2007, including Excel installed from your Office 365 subscription. This is due to specific Excel features being available only on Excel for Windows and therefore out of our control.
