Excel Sync doesn't work
If you can't get Excel to get RowShare data through Excel Sync, it's most likely because Excel lost its connection to RowShare.
Excel stores its login credentials in Internet Explorer, regardless of the browser you use to access RowShare.
Here is the procedure to reset it:
- Close Excel
- Launch Internet Explorer
- In the menu, click on Internet Settings
- In the first tab, section “Browsing History”, click on “Delete…”
- Ensure that “Cookies and website data” is checked (and only that)
- Click OK/OK
- Start Excel Sync again from RowShare
Excel should ask you again to login to RowShare with your credentials, which should solve your issue. If not, let us know.
