Is it possible to change the email address associated with my RowShare account?

You can not change the email address associated with your account. You can however deactivate one user and invite a new one.

If you are the admin of a subscription, and you are about to change email address or your RowShare admin is about to leave your company, here is a workaround to transfer your subscription ownership to another user:

  • Invite your new email address to your subscription, give it Admin rights
  • Create a RowShare account with your new email address
  • Your new user should be able to fully control your subscription
  • Then, optionally, delete the initial user from your subscriptin.
