If you still have a free RowShare subscription (they are no longer offered today), your account can be deleted after 90 days of inactivity and an email notification.
Paid RowShare subscription users will never have their tables deleted due to inactivity. Their tables are kept for up to 60 days after the end of a paid subscription.
