When multiple people are connected to a table simultaneously, everyone can see changes made by others in real time: cells being edited are visually highlighted, and they flash when someone else completes a modification.

This way, you always have the most up-to-date version of the table in front of you. It also prevents two people from editing the same row at the same time.

If you are the admin of the table or subscription, you also have the option to view a real-time list of changes made by each user. This list is available in the Changes tab on the right side of the table and shows only the changes made while you are viewing the table. Changes that occurred before you opened the table are not displayed.

This feature is available starting from the Pro version of RowShare and is only accessible to table admins.

There is another feature, the Change log, which allows you to view all changes made to a table, even those made while you were offline.
